Ingredients: ashwaganda, turmeric, ginger, tulsi, schisandra berry, rose, cardamom, black pepper, & cinnamon.

Blended for: exhaustion, burn out, bringing body back to balance, warming, digestion, anxiety, and trauma.

Preparing as herbal decoction:

  • Put  1 tsp of dried herb ( or 3 tsp of fresh) for each cup of water in a sauce-pan or pot.
    • OR 4-6 tbsp of dried herb for 1 quart of cold water.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes (DH) or 25-45min (RG)
  • Add milk (plant based or cow’s milk) and a drop or two of oil (not as necessary with whole milk).
  • Strain while hot.
  • Use in same way as infusion. Will keep in refrigerator between 24 to 48 hours.

Preparing as herbal infusion: 

  • Since this blend has roots and berries, to extract the most healing constituents, you’ll want to powder the mixture using a spice grinder or mortar.
  • To prepare an herbal infusion, take 1tsp per cup of water (or 4-6 tbsp of dried herb to 1 quart of water) and place in tea pot or glass jar.
  • Boil water kettle or pot and pour boiled water over herbs.
  • Cover with lid and let steep for 10 -15 mins.
  • Strain while hot.
  • Infusion will keep in refrigerator between 24 to 48 hours.

How to Use:

Use as you would an herbal chai, moon milk, and/or herbal latte. Add honey, maple syrup, or sweetener as desired. Drink 1 cups a day (up to 3).

Have a little bit often for cumulative effect of tonic and adaptogen herbs.
