Ingredients: tulsi (rama or krishna), oatstraw, milky oats, rose, alfalfa, skullcap, & raspberry leaf.
Preparing herbal infusions (basic quick method): To prepare an herbal infusion, take 1tsp per cup of water and/or 4-6 tbsp of dried herb to 1 quart of water, place in teapot or glass jar. Boil water kettle or pot and pour boiled water over herbs. Cover with a lid and let steep for 10 -15 mins. The infusion will keep in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.
