Although the wild elderberry is quite common and the small tree is now cultivated on many farms, the fruit remains relatively unknown to most people.
It has been used for its medicinal properties for hundreds of years but few people serve it as a food. Those who taste the jelly adopt it! The taste and texture are unique. Smooth and silky on the tongue, the fruit have a special red fruit taste. This is an exquisite jelly!
