All orders are packaged up in Montréal, Canada, within 2–5 business days of being placed. Please be aware that sales, preorders, seasonal releases and other extenuating circumstances may extend shipping times.

Tariff information for US customers - UPDATED AUTUMN 2026
Alcohol-based fragrances, including Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum, and the Rose Noire tinted lip balm are subject to import fees under section 338 of the American Tariff Act. A portion of the mandatory tariff has been included in the updated USD retail prices for these products, while the rest is on us. 

Orders are delivered duty-paid (DDP) with no additional charges upon reception. Thank you for your understanding and support. 


Shipping Information & Processing times

Canada

  • Free domestic shipping throughout Canada for orders over 150.00$ before tax.

  • Expected delivery times vary between 1–2 weeks.

Located in Montréal? We have options.

  • Local delivery: our friends at Chasseurs can help deliver local parcels to qualifying postal codes. Don't see the option at checkout, or have special instructions? Email us at info@lvnea.com

  • In-store pick-up: come retrieve your order at your convenience, within store hours. Orders for pick-up are typically prepared within 48 hours. You will receive a second order confirmation once your parcel is ready to be retrieved.

    Due to limited space, we ask that local customers please retrieve their order within 30 days of confirmation. Orders older than 4 weeks will automatically be canceled, restocked, and refunded. If you need longer, please let us know.

United States of America

  • Expected delivery times vary between 10–14 business days after shipment. Please note: perfume and perfumery-ingredients may be subject to additional processing times at international borders.

  • Alcohol-based fragrances, including Eau de Parfum and Eau de Cologne, are subject to a 50% tariffication fee under section 338 of the American tariff act. A portion of this fee has been incorporated into the USD retail price of the concerned products, while the rest is absorbed by us.

  • Orders are delivered duty-paid (DDP) with no additional charges upon reception. 


International
International shipping is available to countries where we can guarantee delivery. For any exceptions, please email us at info@lvnea.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

In order to be able to comply with new import restrictions and reliably serve our clientele, we've temporarily suspended orders. This is unfortunately out of our control, and will hopefully be resolved soon. In the meantime, please consult the list below for available destinations.

  • We currently serve: Estonia, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Serbia, Turkiye, Ukraine, UK, Vatican City, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea

  • Expected delivery times vary between 2–8 weeks after shipment. Please note: perfume and perfumery-ingredients may be subject to additional processing times at international borders

  • We do not pre-collect or charge customs duties at checkout. The customer is responsible for any import fees or tariffs that may be required by the carrier service prior to delivery. Please monitor the tracking closely to avoid missing any delivery notices.
