For all orders, please be aware that sales, preorders, seasonal releases and other extenuating circumstances may extend shipping times.

All orders are packaged up in Montréal, Canada, within 2-5 business days of being placed. Orders are then shipped by either ChitChats or UPS, with varying delivery times. Please note—we are a very small team; unforeseen delays can occur.

INTERNATIONAL
Our sincerest apologies to our customers located in the EU; in order to be able to comply with new import restrictions and reliably serve our clientèle, we've temporarily suspended orders. This is unfortunately out of our control. and will hopefully be resolved soon. In the meantime, please consult the list below for available destinations.
- International shipping is available to countries where we can guarantee delivery. For any exceptions, please email us at info@lvnea.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Expected delivery times vary between 2–8 weeks. Please note: the volatile nature of perfumery ingredients may lead to additional processing times at the border. Thank you for your patience.
- Please note that we do not pre-collect or charge customs duties at checkout. The customer is responsible for any import duties or tariffs that may be required by the carrier service prior to delivery. Please monitor the tracking closely to avoid missing any delivery notices.

Free shipping is available within Canada on orders of 200 CAD before tax and above. Free shipping is available to the US on orders of 200 USD or more. Free shipping is not currently available to any other destinations.
