Shipping / Returns



ATTN: HOLIDAY BREAK - Any orders placed after December 22 will not ship until January 4th. Pickup and local delivery will not be available during this time. 

All orders are usually processed within 3-5 days unless specified (pre-orders or limited edition items and boxes may take longer). Sales or special promotions may extend processing times. 

We ship by Canada Post from Montreal, Quebec.

Shipping within Canada generally takes 2-10 business days and includes tracking.  Delays due to Covid-19 have been affecting the postal service and may increase shipping times. 

Free shipping is available for all orders over $100 CAD before tax. 

All orders are processed in CAD. 



Pick-ups can be made Tuesday through Saturday 12-6pm at our storefront. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pick-up. If the shop is closed to the public please knock on the door and someone will greet you at the door. 


We now offer local delivery by bike courier for zones 1 and 2 in Montreal for orders of $30.00 or more. 

Zones 1 and 2 include postal codes beginning with H2J, H2L, H2T, H2V, H2W, H2X, H2Y, H2Z, H3A, H3B, H3C, H3G, H3H, H2S, H2G, H2H, H2K

Please do not choose this shipping option if you fall outside zone 1 or 2. Furthermore, you must be available during working hours to receive the package at the address or indicate where it may be safely dropped. Re-delivery will not be available with this service. 




Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns. Scent is a very personal experience and we encourage you to purchase samples before committing to a full-size perfume. 

We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for defective or broken items within 30 days of purchase. Please send us an email ( with any concerns about your purchase.

Samples cannot be returned.



We can not be outright responsible for all lost or undelivered parcels. 

In the case of a lost or stolen package, we will open an investigation and file a claim with Canada Post. Please check with your local post office first to ensure packages are not being held by them. Once an investigation is opened by Canada Post in the circumstances that they see fit, an insurance fee will be refunded for the value of the package contents up to $100 + the cost of shipping. (If you would like to insure packages over $100 please contact prior to your parcel being shipped). We will then in turn replace your item/s or offer a refund (for the value the package was insured) as decided by both parties.
