Pure Bursera Graveolens (fruit) essential oil.
In an effort to combat the over-harvesting of Palo Santo wood, as well as the effect its growing popularity within western wellness circles has had on closed practices throughout Latin America, we recommend acquiring that signature uplifting woody aroma by use of the tree's renewable fruit, whose aroma closely resembles that of the wood but with an added floral, fruity brightness. The use of this essential oil as an alternative to that of the aged Bursera Graveolens wood also helps continue to support growers and farmers of the region while reducing harm by investing in a renewable resource.
