Très aromatiques, les chatons de la comptonie voyageuse sont récoltés en fin d'hiver pour leur saveur et leur arôme unique qui rappelle la cardamome, le girofle, et la cannelle. Notes de miel et riche en tanins.
UTILISATION CULINAIRE: Pour aromatiser les viandes, sauces, vinaigrettes, même les desserts. S'agence particulièrement bien avec les viandes ou volailles sauvages. À essayer dans un couscous et dans les desserts chocolatés. Aromatiser à la fin de la préparation pour maximiser la saveur
