Il faut entre 1000 et 3000 kilos de pétales d'osmanthus pour produire un seul kilo de cette précieuse absolue. Le parfum de l'absolu d'osmanthus est fruité-floral avec un cœur d'abricot et de pêche mielleux, et une touche animale cuirée à la base.
