Notre sirop est fabriqué à partir des délicates fleurs du sureau blanc. Ces dernières sont minuscules et poussent en ombelles élégantes qu’on aperçoit parfois de loin durant la floraison.
Notre sirop artisanal a une couleur légèrement ambrée et un nez très parfumé. Il présente des notes rafraichissantes de citron, de litchi et de miel et confère une saveur florale aux cocktails ou aux desserts auxquels on l’additionne.
PROPOSITIONS CULINAIRES: Le sirop de fleurs de sureau est bu traditionnellement en Europe avec de l’eau pétillante et un trait de citron, mais il fait un malheur dans les cocktails et différents plats sucrés.
