Balsam Fir Jelly | GOURMET SAUVAGE
Our jelly is made from handpicked balsam fir needles which are ground and macerated in cold water and filtered. We then add fruit pectin and a bit of organic sugar to the liquid.
We use a minimum of the best quality ingredients. The result is a delicious, slightly resinous and mentholated jelly, a true reflection of our terroir.
CULINARY SUGGESTIONS: Serve with cheese, foie gras and pâtés, in fruit salad, in a green smoothie, with smoked salmon on a bagel, with lamb and game meats, with steamed vegetables.
